1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return only if:
The book received is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
The item is unused and in its original condition, including all packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Books damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.
Books with signs of use, writing, highlighting, or torn pages.
Digital products, eBooks, or downloadable content (if applicable).
Gift cards or promotional items.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect book, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your Order Number
Clear photos of the book and packaging
A brief description of the issue
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on product availability.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds are generally completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your refund is rejected, we will inform you of the reason.
5. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Write Your Soul will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is requested for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for the shipping charges.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, eligible returns may be requested according to this policy.
7. Replacement Policy
We offer replacements only in the following cases:
Wrong book delivered
Manufacturing defect
Damaged book received during transit
Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit/debit card provider or payment service.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
