All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
During peak seasons, sales, or promotional events, order processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India.
If you require delivery outside India, please contact our customer support before placing your order to check availability.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery timelines and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
We may offer Free Shipping on selected orders or promotional offers from time to time.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking details (where available). You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make delivery attempts as per their standard policy. If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or other customer-related reasons, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

If you receive a package that appears damaged:

If the package is severely damaged, you may refuse delivery.
Contact our customer support immediately with photos of the package and the received product.
We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
